Full payment is required at the time of scheduling to reserve an appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
Once a scheduled service has been performed or substantially completed, the fee is non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued after services have been rendered, except where required by law.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice forfeit the session fee. Returning clients with a previous no-show must clear any outstanding balance before being placed back on the schedule.
