• Providing, scheduling, and delivering energy healing services
• Generating session notes, treatment plans, and aftercare recommendations using AI-assisted tools
• Sending post-session check-in links and follow-up communications

3. Payment Processing

Royal Energy Alchemy LLC uses Stripe to process standard online payments after booking and waiver completion. Stripe Checkout may display eligible card and wallet methods based on device, location, and customer eligibility. We do not store your full card, bank-account, or wallet credentials.

Previous or manually arranged payments may remain in historical business records when they were accepted outside the current Stripe Checkout flow.

We retain records of payment amounts, dates, and methods for business and tax purposes in accordance with our data retention policy.

4. Session Recordings

Sessions are recorded as a required component of service delivery. Recordings are used for AI-assisted documentation, treatment planning, quality assurance, and client support. Optional media release permissions (educational use, promotional content) are collected separately in the client consent form and are entirely voluntary.

Pennsylvania is a two-party consent state (18 Pa. C.S. § 5703). Your recording consent is documented in your signed service agreement.

5. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use basic technical cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral targeting cookies. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect certain site features.

6. Aggregate and De-Identified Data

Royal Energy Alchemy LLC may analyze client information in aggregated, de-identified form to improve services, identify trends, create statistical reports, support educational materials, conduct research, and develop assessment or treatment-planning tools.

Examples of aggregate reporting may include the number of clients served, common presenting concerns, service utilization trends, satisfaction ratings, and outcome trends. No personally identifying information will be published, sold, or licensed without separate written authorization from the individual.

Your de-identified information may be used for research, reporting, analytics, educational purposes, and service improvement. This is acknowledged in the client consent form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our website or practice (subject to confidentiality obligations)
• When required by law, court order, or government authority
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Royal Energy Alchemy LLC or others
• With your explicit written consent for specific purposes

We do not share individually identifiable health disclosures or session content with any third party without your written consent.

Client records are generally retained for up to 7 years following the last service provided, for business, legal, and operational purposes. Certain records may be retained longer if required by applicable law. Session recordings are retained as needed for documentation and service purposes. You may request deletion of personal information where legally permitted — see Section 10.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including secure payment processing through established third-party platforms, password-protected systems, limited access controls, and encrypted website connections (HTTPS/SSL). No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
