These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Royal Energy Alchemy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Daron Royal, and your access to our website at royal-energy-alchemy.netlify.app. By scheduling services, submitting an intake form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Royal Energy Alchemy LLC provides energy healing, spiritual wellness, and complementary wellness services including but not limited to energetic parasite removal, cord removal and transmutation, distance energy sessions, house cleansing, spiritual coaching, and related services.
These services are complementary wellness offerings. They are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, or a substitute for licensed professional care of any kind. Daron Royal is not a licensed physician, therapist, psychologist, or counselor.
Under Pennsylvania law, energy healing and spiritual wellness practices are not regulated as licensed healthcare professions. Nothing in these Terms or our services creates a healthcare provider-patient relationship.
Full payment is required at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. Standard bookings proceed through the website’s booking form, waiver, and secure Stripe Checkout. Available card and wallet methods may vary by device, location, and eligibility. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
A previous or manually arranged payment method applies only when Royal Energy Alchemy confirms that arrangement directly in writing.
Prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book services independently. Youth sessions (ages 9–14) are available with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must sign the client intake and consent form on behalf of the minor. By consenting on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to all terms herein.
Sessions are recorded as a required component of service delivery for documentation, AI-assisted note generation, treatment planning, quality assurance, and client support purposes. You acknowledge this as a condition of receiving services. Optional media release permissions are addressed in the client consent form and are entirely voluntary and separate from the recording requirement.

Distance sessions may be performed on a subject who is not physically present. When booking a session for another person, you represent that you are doing so with positive intent and for the wellbeing of that person. You are the consenting party for all purposes under these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Energy Alchemy LLC and Daron Royal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to emotional distress, physical discomfort, spiritual disruption, or outcomes of energy work.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or improvements from energy healing sessions. Results vary by individual and are not promised or implied.
All content on our website including text, images, video, tools, and designs is the property of Royal Energy Alchemy LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Client-submitted content (reviews, testimonials) shared with our permission remains your property; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our website and social media platforms as permitted in the consent form.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at royalenergyalchemy@gmail.com to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within 30 days of written notice.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Erie County, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or confidentiality.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
